What is a sub account and why is there a need for it?
It could be possible that in your line of business there would be a need to delegate a task to an associate but you don't want them to have full access to your TryCall account. Why would you share you Logins when you can create an account for them using your own credits but limited access to what they need to do to accomplish the task.
Important Notes to remember for Sub-accounts creation:
► Adding user accounts is only available for Medium, Large and Jumbo Plans.
► For medium plans, you create 1 sub-user account. For Large accounts, you can create up to 2 sub-user accounts.
► You can add extra user account beyond the limits for an additional $35 per sub-accounts.
► Account access of the sub-accounts will never have the same access with the admin account.
► Sub-accounts will use the same credits available for the admin account.
► Admin account user will always have access to login to the sub-accounts.
► Admin account user always has the option to deactivate the sub-accounts.
How to navigate to the page where you can create sub-accounts
On the left side of the website, look for My Account > Account Access.
This will lead to this page. Let me break down the sections for you.
A ► This is the Tab where you create and configure sub-accounts and it's user access. This is the Page shown in the image above.
B ► This is the Tab where you see all the created sub-users and the user access associated with them.
C ► This is where you fill out the name associated with the sub-user you are creating.
D ► This is where you fill out the email associated with the sub-user you are creating. This is where the user credentials will be sent.
E ► This is where you configure the user access for the sub-user you are creating. Just tick the boxes for the following access to be given to that sub-user.
F ► This is the submit button that will create the sub-user and the following user access given to it.
How to remove access or deactivate a sub-user account
From the Account Access Page, navigate your way to the Access History and you will be presented with this screen.
Here you will see that sub-users you created and the access that was provided to each of them.
A ► These are the list of access that are given for the specific sub-user.
B ► This is the current status of the Sub-user.
C ► This is where you can login as the sub-user and visit their sub-account as them.
D ► This is where you can edit the access given to the sub-account.
E ► This is where you can deactivate the sub-user account.
F ► This is where you resend the email to the sub-user for activation of the sub-account.
G ► This is where you can delete the sub-user.
H ► This is where you can refresh the page. Shortcuts are (Ctrl + F5) for Windows (Command + R) for Mac.
How to check the Team (sub-users) Analytics
From the Account Access Page, navigate your way to the Team Analytics Tab.
From here you can access the analytics and also search using a window so time to check the success rates of your team's campaigns.
