What are the uses for each campaign type

Direct to Voicemail

This function allows you to send a voicemail message directly to a customer’s voicemail inbox. Your customers can listen to the voicemail at a time that is convenient to them.

How can this be used?

  1. When an announcement needs to be made a business can direct to voicemail all their clients.

  2. Businesses can call existing clients, rather than SMS clients on a 1 year anniversary they could direct to voicemail there clients. 

Broadcast

This function allows you to send a voice message directly to your customers/contacts. The users phone will ring and once they pick the call your message will then be played.

How can this be used?

  1. Send a message to offer products/cross sell opportunities.

  2. Simply send out an important message you want contacts to hear as soon as they pick up the phone.

Broadcast Transfer

This function lets you send a voice message to your contacts with the option for them to press a number on there keypad and then be forwarded to a chosen number. 

How can this be used?

  1. Once the phone has been answered users are then given an option to be transferred to another number by pressing a keypad selection on there mobile phone.

  2. "Hi it's George here from Swift Car Clean, it's been 6 months since we last washed your car and we were wondering if you would like to book in an appointment for your next car clean. If now is a good time to talk to one of our staff members please press 1 on your keypad and you will be transferred to a team member to schedule an appointment."

Polling Survey

This function lets you send a voice message to your contacts and ask them a single or a set of questions to respond to on their phone dial pad. TryCall provides reporting of each response from each user. The user must answer the call to enter in the response on there phone keypad.

How can this be used?

  1. Polling can be used to ask clients a set of questions over the phone which then generates an easy to read report. An example script could be: "Thank you for your recent visit to XYZ company, if now is a good time please rate our service from a 1 to 5 on your keypad, 1 being the lowest and 5 being the best. Thank you XYZ company.

SMS

This function allows you to send an SMS to your customers. 

How can this be used?

  1. Client updates

  2. Birthday message

  3. Appointment reminders
