What is a DNC list?

► The TryCall DNC list feature allows you to add people that requested to unsubscribed to your campaigns to be compliant to the Spam Act of 2003.

Is this the same with the Goverments DNC List on https://www.donotcall.gov.au/

► This is just a feature within the TryCall system to easily manage unsubscribe request from contacts but has no connection to the Do Not Call registry website. If you intend to wash your list using the government website, you have to agree to their terms of use and pay the subscription fees.

How to access the DNC List in TryCall?

  1.  Go to My Account and then Settings.

  2.  Go to the DNC List Tab

  3. Add the number and choose to block it for Call, SMS or both

If you need help in bulk upload of DNC contacts, contact our support via chat, call or email for assistance.
