What to do after you sign up and choose a plan?

First off I would like to thank you for signing up to our service. You might ask yourself, so what now? 

Well, you don’t have to worry, this will guide you how to get your first campaign started.

We just have to sign in first to the website https://www.trycall.com.au with the username and password you created when you signed up. Logging in will lead you to the Dashboard page.

What you need to get started is to have your phone number verified

Just within your dashboard locate the Register Number Section. This number you can will be used as your own caller ID so calls look like they're coming from you or your organisation.

Now locate the "Add A New Number" button and, you guessed it right, click it.

Then this section below will appear.

Number Nickname is like what any nickname is for, helps you differentiate one from the other. Very helpful yeah? Imagine having multiple numbers and you have no idea what you use that number for. You can name them something like personal and business or something like that. Please note it will send an SMS Code to your chosen number with the verification code that you need to type on the next screen. 

Note these important things: 

  • Small Plan comes with only 1 caller ID and Medium to Jumbo accounts can have 2 caller IDs.

  • You can add more Caller ID beyond the limit of your plan for an additional $5 every month. Billing starts the day you increased the limit and will be prorated for that month.

  • If you need to verify a landline number, please send an email to [email protected] or chat with us online for further instructions.

Once your number/s are verified it will appear under My Numbers on your Account Settings.

And this number now you can use as your caller ID. Congratulations! 

Just hang in there, we are almost there. Now what we need to do next is to create your first campaign.
So the next thing we will do is to create a group of contacts that will serve as destination for the campaign. 

Let us create a group by clicking on, Yup, that is right, Create Group!

Enter a Group name and then you would have your Contact Group. Now, let us fill it up with Contacts.

We can manually add people by using the add people of course but what if you have hundreds of contacts right? Well, worry not, we can upload a group of contacts no problem. We have prepared a video for you on the link below.

There is a downloadable CSV File and you can replace the sample contacts there with the contacts from your spreadsheet and upload the file and not worry of the compatibility. Important Date and Email are optional entries but if you want to go in depth with that, these are the Articles to visit.

You can then put them inside the group that we just created.

Now we just need to record a voicemail we can use and we are good to go in creating our first campaign.
