The big question here is when will you need to use the Important Date Integration instead of the Regular Campaigns?
The best way to use this is when you need to send out a message to a specific contact at a specific time for example their birthdays or their anniversary with the company. Wherein comparison the voicemail campaigns are selecting random dates and assign each contact to be called on the scheduled assigned to it, whether immediately, set for later or throttled for specific date but lacks the capability to set to call a specific contact on a specific date.
Step 1
Login to your Trycall Account.
Step 2
Create a Contact group where you would put the list of contacts your have.
Step 3
Create a Contact with Important Date Filled out and add them to the selected group you just created.
(This is the Date that they will receive the message from you.)
Note: If you have a huge contact list you can fill out the Important Date column in the CSV File (like in the picture below).
Step 4
Add or Upload the contact to the group you created.
Step 5
Check if all the contacts are uploaded to the contact group.
Step 6
Record your voicemail over your phone, over your Chrome browser or upload a recording.
Step 7
Navigate your way to the Important Dates Integrations Section.
Step 8
This the part where you configure the Important Date Campaign Integration
A.) You can rename this Campaign Title to anything that will help you identify what this campaign is for.
B.) You can select the contact group you created in this section.
C.) Here you can select the recording to be used for this campaign.
D.) Here you can set what time of day you are sending out the message.
E.) Choose which caller ID to show or to keep it private.
F.) Save the settings for use.
If you need more integrations click on the blue plus sign on the right.
Step 9
This the part where you turn on the campaign.
Just click on the On/Off switch to toggle and the + sign to add more integrations.
Campaigns are created on the day of the Important Date you have on the CSV File.
And wallah it's done!
NOTE:
► TryCall system checks every 10 am Sydney time and execute the campaign on the schedule you selected.
(If campaign is created today after 10 am Sydney time, it will integrate at 10 am Sydney time the next day)
