Goals of this Article:

► To know what is needed to setup the Mercury Integration.
► To be able to understand how each settings of the integration works.

What do you need to do to integrate the Mercury CRM with TryCall?

► You need a Mercury Account and API Token
► You need a CA Number ( If no CA number is entered, all contacts in Mercury will be pulled into TryCall for daily triggers. )
► You need a TryCall account with enough credits to run the campaigns (Note: Campaigns will be paused if there is not enough credits to perform the task)
► Recordings/SMS message created for each triggers.

In order for the integration to go through successfully, you must log-in first to your Mercury account in order to get the details needed to connect it to TryCall system.

This is how the Native Mercury Integration looks like

Let me help you understand what each section is for.

A  ► This is where you connect your Mercury account.

Note that in this section, you have to manually enter the information that can be found on your Mercury account.

A.1  ► The Mercury API Token is an alpha-numeric combination, once you are logged in to your Mercury account, the API Token can be copy and pasted from there.  This is what allows TryCall to communicate to your database.

A.2 ► This is where you manually enter your Mercury CA Number.  It's a 6-digit log based on your Mercury account.  It acts like a filter on which database it would have access to. If no CA number is entered, all contacts in Mercury CRM will be pulled into TryCall for daily triggers.

A.3 ►
Opportunity status varies on your CRM.   This usually can be found at the last column of your sheet.  Opportunity Status where your contact list resides. Usually Mercury Users use the Settled Status.

Once everything is placed and set, you can click on the arrow button and just go to save.

B  ► This is where you'll see the Mercury API Token provided to you.

C  ► This is where the CA number displays

D  ► This is you can see the Opportunity Status

E  ► This is where you configure what time of the day the voicemail or the SMS will be sent out.

F  ► This is where you select which caller ID is shown when sending these messages or if you would like to keep it private.

G  ► These are automatic triggers that check if the contact meets the specific criteria for the active triggers and sends out the associated recording or message to that contact.

H  ►This is where you choose the recording to be user for each of the automatic triggers.

I  ► This is where you save the settings.

J  ► This is the chat window to out online Support Heroes. Feel free to reach out anytime you need assistance.

Once it is configured, everything is automated. You can just watch the TryCall Dashboard for completed campaigns and report. We also push data directly back into your Mercury account - you can view this under notes located under each customer, a time stamp and information of the campaign will be recorded.

You can also integrate mercury using Zapier.

Once clicking Zapier, this page should load and just click on the button below.
Copy the Unique Key here since you will need it later to connect TryCall.

After clicking, a new page will be loaded and you will be directed to the Zapier's site. You have to login using your Zapier account information and then the below will display,
