Do you want to know, whether your customers have received your SMS or Voicemail?
Follow the steps which guides you how to find out
Step 1 -
Log into TryCall account.
Step 2 -
You will find the tab with Completed/IN Progress Broadcast> Click on that tab.
Step 3 -
You will find on the screen with the options Sent/ Not sent .
You can click on the numbers to see more details regarding the sent/ not sent campaigns.
You can also see a much more detailed report via the Reports.
Step 1-
Log into TryCall account
Step 2-
Navigate your way to the Reports > Calls, SMS
You can view the SMS campaign reports by selecting the SMS button and the voicemail campaign reports by selecting the call button.
Step 3
Select the campaign from the drop down and click search button
Here you can view the whole report with a graph and you can even download the report by clicking on the download button.
TryCall accordance to Australia Privacy Law prohibits downloading personal information. To request of such information please choose to have this report send to your validated email. The report will arrive in the next 5 minutes to your inbox, please remember to check you SPAM folder in the event it ends up there because of your spam/junk filters.
