Not Connected Message - Not connected can mean that the number might not be available anymore or is routing to another number.
No Answer - are active numbers but we failed to leave a voicemail. Customer most likely does not have a voicemail box or the provider service is currently very low in current location.
There's an estimated 75-85% chance success that the voice campaign will be sent to your selected contacts and 20-25% fail rate. But don't worry because there's a way that these contacts who failed to receive your voice campaign can receive your message.
You can send personalised follow-up SMS messages to your contact groups for both failed and successful campaigns.
You can also retry the failed calls at a later date and time when the phone may be in a better location. You can also do a follow up SMS to the failed voice messages especially with contacts where voicemail is not available.
How to:
On your dashboard, go to "Completed Broadcast" tab, you will see lists of campaigns and the status where it was sent or not successfull.
You can check the number of people that failed to receive your voicemail. You can click on the number if you need to see the list of contacts that failed
Under "Action", click the drop-down beside your campaign the choose your option Create SMS Campaign from Failed Calls and just hit go and it will go to the campaign creation screen.
You can now compose the SMS Message that you want to sent to these contacts that failed to receive your voicemail and continue with the campaign creation. (No need to update the contact list since it will be using the list of contacts on the failed section of your campaign, click next on step 2).
