Running low on credits? No problem at all. You can top up anytime your balance is low or set up automated payments.

Here's how:

Go to the Billing section from the dashboard page and under Purchase tab you will see Top Up Credits. This option allows you to do a one time top up on your account to add additional credits to your balance.

MANUAL TOP UP

AUTOMATIC TOP UP

You can also set automatic top ups every month so you won't have to worry if you were to run out of credits.

Here's how:

On  the Billing section go to the Purchase tab and click on the option Automatic top up.

In here, you will have an option to either

(1.) automatically recharge your account every time that the system detects that your credit balance is low.  You can choose an amount you want to be automatically added back to your account each month.  Choose the amount you want to top up. You always have an option to cancel your automatic top up.  Just click on the radio button to turn the slider back to off.

(2.) Choose the automatic top up amount when the account credits goes below.

(3.) To stop recurring top up and charge.

Please note that top up credits are charged depending on the plan subscription (please see Pricing Article for further info) per 30 second additional credit. Unused plan credits roll over for 3 months and expire on the 4th billing cycle.
