We listened to your requests and several new features are now live.

Zapier Triggers

Previously, you could only perform actions and there was no option for our Zap to trigger tasks. Since you requested this for tracking purposes, we have introduced the TryCall Trigger for Zapier. You can now push a note to your CRM contacts or add a new row to a spreadsheet triggered by the task performed by TryCall. Imagine automating the making of the call even easier and then automating the contact notes for the call. Too easy right? βœŒπŸ˜‡

Emoji Support

You have requested to add Emoji support to our SMS system and we listened. This fun feature has now been added and is ready for use with any SMS. Β βœŒπŸ˜‡

Enable / Disable Auto Reattempts

Some find the re-attempts to be intrusive and would prefer to just have it fail and send the SMS to get their message across than keep trying to reach the users voicemail. We are excited to let you know that this requested feature is now available for use.

​(Note: Turning off will significantly affect the change of leaving the voicemails successfully - factors that effect voicemail delivery are: Poor reception, No Voicemail, Phone is forwarded to a Landline, caller is overseas and more..)

Send Test Campaigns (test your campaign)

We received a lot of requests for this feature, send yourself a test campaign before you send the campaign to your customers. This feature is now available on the settings (final) page.

Show campaign listing of sub-users in their Admin Account

Admin accounts with multiple sub-users have been requested for better sub-user monitoring, management and to be able to monitor campaign execution. Reporting for sub-users is a very powerful tool and is now live in your account.


Export campaign reports out of TryCall

In accordance with the Australian Privacy Law we have updated how reports are sent to you. You can now only request for this report to be sent to your registered and validated email address associated with your account.

The report will arrive within 5 minutes to your inbox, please remember to check your SPAM folder.Β 


Archiving Campaigns

You have requested to have the option to archive campaigns for easier campaign management. We've added these features and they are now live. Campaigns older than 3 months will be auto archived.Β
