 We are sorry to inform you that there is currently an unplanned outage happening impacting phone and data service in all states.

Outage Details:

We have a Network Outage impacting voice and data services nationally. Engineers are working to identify the issue. Further updates will be provided.

Update 1 8:58 AM 15/01/19

We have engineers onsite working on the issue, please be advised email and phone services are down. No ETA as yet, updates to follow.

Update 2 10:45 AM 15/01/19

Engineers have isolated the issue to 3 core switches and have re-established management connectivity and are now working to resolve the underlying issue. No ETA, updates to follow.

Update 3 12:19 PM 15/01/19

Engineers are continuing to investigate the issue with high priority. No ETA, updates to follow.

Update 4 1:15 PM 15/01/19

Engineers continue to work on resolving the outage, there is No ETA, Updates to follow.

Update 5 2:30 PM 15/01/19

Engineers are still working to resolve the outage, there is No ETA, Updates to follow.

Update 6 3:05 PM 15/01/19

Engineers have identified and rectified one problem, the network impact of that problem is unknown but we're seeing some stability return to parts of the network. Some services may intermittently come back up, but we cannot guarantee stability at this point. Engineers continue to look for the root cause. There is No ETA, Updates to follow.

Update 7 4:43PM 15/01/19

We're seeing some stability return to most parts of the network, Engineers continue to monitor the issue, more updates to follow.

(Latest) Update 8 - Restored - 4:59PM 15/01/19

The outage appears to be resolved, we're seeing all systems returning to normal.

This outage impacted campaigns that were running today 15/01/2019 between 04:00 AM - 5:00 PM ESTD
