How to downgrade or upgrade TryCall plans

Are you expecting a change in the need to use TryCall? Update your plan, here is how.

We want TryCall to be your best choice for automated calling system and fulfill the needs to help you win your customer's loyalty and retention in the long run. 

If for any reason you need to downgrade or upgrade your subscription to a different plan to fulfill the every changing needs, you can do so at any time. 

Note: Plan changes will take effect on the next billing cycle.

Please keep in mind that TryCall will not delete any of your data when your subscription is updated. All that should happen is that some of your features will cease to work and automatically hidden as you downgrade and new features will be active if you upgrade.

How to update plans in TryCall?

  1. Go to the My Account and then billing.

  2. Go to the Plan tab and change plan is all the way to the right.

  3. Select the new plan from the drop-down and click on change plan.

Here are the TryCall Pricing Plans to choose from

Large Plan 

Ideal for Business Users with 300-500 clients to keep in contact with monthly.

Price
$220 inclusive of GST per month

What's included

  • 1200 credits every month / Credits Roll over up to 3 months

  • 1 admin account

  • 2 sub-user accounts

  • 2 Caller ID's maximum

Access to all types of Voice and SMS campaigns.

Manual top up rates: 17 cents per credit

Medium Plan 

Ideal for medium businesses with 125 to 250 clients to keep in contact with monthly

Price
$138 inclusive of GST per month

What's included

  • 500 credits every month / Credits Roll over up to 3 months

  • 1 admin account

  • 1 sub-user accounts

  • 2 Caller ID's maximum

Access to all types of Voice and SMS campaigns.

Manual top up rates: 25 cents per credit

Small Plan 

Ideal for small businesses with 50 to 100 clients to keep in contact with monthly

Price
$83 inclusive of GST per month

What's included

  • 175 credits every month / Credits Roll over up to 3 months

  • 1 admin account

  • 1 Caller ID's maximum

Access to Direct to Voicemail campaign only and all SMS Campaigns

Manual top up rates: 43 cents per credit

Pay as you go Plan 

Ideal for a transition plan if you have lots of remaining credits you can use and would want to use it up first before going for a regular plans. Perfect also for occasional users since you can just pay for the subscription fee and just top up what you need when you need it.

What's included

  • No monthly free credits / Remaining credits non expiring

  • 1 admin account

  • 1 Caller ID's maximum

Access to Direct to Voicemail campaign only and all SMS Campaigns

Manual top up rates: 27 cents per credit

Note: 

  • All Plans are monthly recurring subscription.

  • You need to be subscribed to use the TryCall Service.

  • Remaining credits are void upon the effective date of the cancellation. You have until that date to use the remaining credits.
