It is important to keep the card details updated in TryCall.
Your payments will not go through if your card on file has expired details or invalid so automatic renewal of your subscription will fail.
Also, failed payments may cause your account to be suspended causing integrations and pending campaigns to be halted.
Upon the failed transaction with an expired card, your account will be suspended and all pending activities in the account will be halted. You have 30 days to update it but we suggest to update it right away to prevent issues with your integrations.
Note:
Paused campaigns caused by this suspension has to started manually from the dashboard.
If you card was changed by your bank for any reason like fraud report, stolen etc., update the card details in TryCall with the New Card provided by the bank.
After 30 days from the failed transaction, your account will expire and all remaining credits will be void.
