If you have lead forms in your website, email campaigns or social media ads that sends you an automated email when one fills up a form, you can automate TryCall with the help of Zapier to send an automated voicemail or SMS reply.

"Automatic response for client's inquiry is an absolutely important marketing tool in today’s competitive business world."

It is a form of acknowledgement and it is important that the customers know that you have received and acknowledged their query, and that someone from the relevant department will get back to them shortly.

What we need for this integration

  • TryCall Subscription

  • Zapier Subscription

  • Zapier Email Parser Mailbox

You might ask, what kind of email or email client would work with this?

  • The answer to that question is any email that is capable of auto-forwarding would work for this one. (Gmail, Outlook Email client, Outlook 365)

If you are not subscribed yet to TryCall yet, just click on the button below to get started.

We also need a Zapier subscription so if you are not subscribed yet, just click on the button to check out their pricing.

If this is the first time you heard of Zapier. This introduction article should bring you up to speed.

Once you have both subscription, we can now get started in setting up your Email Parser Mailbox.

You need to login to the Email Parser by Zapier with your Zapier account.

Create your mailbox and save the email address since you need to forward your automated form emails into that email address.

Let us say this is your new mailbox: [email protected]

► Forward one of the  emails into this mailbox address
Example Email below:

You can now go to the mailbox in the Email Parser and create a template by clicking on the link as in the picture below.

As shown in the video below, highlight the text you would like extracted and give each one a name.

Now set your email to auto-forward all emails with this subjects or sender or whatever filter that would make it unique to other emails you are receiving.
Note: Make sure that the auto-forward configuration only forwards these kinds of emails to the Email parser mailbox.

Now since the Parser is already configured we can now start creating Zaps.
Click on the link below to start making the Zap.

We are choosing the built-in App Email Parser as our Trigger App.
Select New Email as the Trigger then click on Save + Continue.

Connect your Zapier account and select the mailbox you created and pull up the sample email.

Add another Step in your Zap for action, select TryCall.
If you cannot see TryCall, go to your TryCall account then Integration then select Zapier.

Copy the Unique Key. This is something you will need to connect your TryCall Account to Zapier Later.

Click on the button to use Zapier.

Accept the Invite to use the TryCall App in Zapier.

Select TryCall from the Apps and then choose the action you would like to perform.

You can use this integration to send voicemails/SMS/Emails to the contacts as soon as you receive the automated email in your inbox.
You can add Zapier built-in delays and filters before you perform the actions if needed.
Note:
If your Zapier steps needs more than 3 steps, you need at least a Starter Zapier Plan.
