Prepaid or pay as you use plans will usually involve purchasing an allowance of credits and that once this is used you need to top-up or re-up your balance. These plans allow you to keep tight control on costs, especially if you don't use Trycall that much.
This Plan is recommended for companies or users that send Campaigns every once in a while, but do not want to be tied down with monthly fees on the months they don't use Trycall.
The key difference in a prepaid plan is that the amount you have in credit will not have an expiry, cumulative and there will be no monthly fees. The credits are priced a bit higher than the monthly plans but if you only use Trycall on a rare occasion for once a year campaign for example, then this is the right pricing plan for you.

If you have already had an account that is on monthly pricing, you can reach out to our support heroes to convert your account to a prepaid one. The activation will take effect on your next billing cycle.
2.) What happens to the credit I have accumulated over time with the Monthly Pricing plan when I go to Prepaid?
We can roll-over your credits from the monthly pricing plans to be used in prepaid with the reasonable conversion rate and remove their expiration and monthly fees. You can top up credit at prepaid rates moving forward.
3.) What if I need more Caller ID that what is available with the Prepaid Plan?
We offer additional Caller ID at $5 per month for your account or you can just replace what you have when you need it but you can only have one caller ID at a time for Prepaid.
